Ordering, Pricing, and Returns
Orders made in another person’s name without his consent, or otherwise will be reported to the authorities. We hold the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is incorrect, this may compell us to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.
Consumers have the right to return the order within 14 days from receiving the order. This policy applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.
If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact us through the form in the "contact" page or to our email contact@berthen.com in order to get an address to send the goods to. We offer free returns on all our products. If an item is received damaged, we should be notified as soon as possible but at latest 7 days from the day you received the item.
Delivery and Cancellations

Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping in partnership with postal services.
- Our partners reserve the right to cancel shipments if items don't align with their shipping policy.

Returns: Customers can return items within 14 days of delivery by reaching out to our customer service or via our online contact form.
- Ensure all items are packed as per the original package.
- Follow the detailed instructions provided by our customer service in the email, including the use of a return label.
- The return label will provide information for pick-up or drop-off at your nearest post office that supports DHL/FedEx services.
- Responsibility for Returns: Berthen assumes responsibility for your returned items only after you receive a package drop receipt from your shipping company or postal service, confirming the package has been picked up and scanned.

Order Cancellation: If you think your order is delayed and wish to cancel, here's what to do:
- Confirm with us that your order hasn't been dispatched yet.
- If the order has already been dispatched, you are required to receive it.
- A cancellation is valid only after confirmation via email with the team from Berthen.com

Discontinued Products: If a product has been discontinued:
- We can cancel the purchase and refund the customer.
- If a replacement or equivalent product is available, we will notify the customer.
Liability
Berthen Design responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. We bear no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
We have the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.
Force Majeure
IFL Watches shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.
Taxes
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the US, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
It should be noted that Berthen has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Berthen cannot predict their amount. Berthen advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Amendments
Berthen may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Berthen. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.
